Nominations for 2025 are now OPEN and close 4th December 2024.

Everyone is encouraged to consider nominating a woman to be recognised through the WA Women’s Hall of Fame in 2025.

Women can be nominated in any of these eight categories:

• Arts
• Business
• Community
• Culture
• Education
• Health
• STEM and Technical Trades
• Sport

Nominations will also be considered for the ‘Roll of Honour’, to be inducted posthumously.

Nominations OPEN: 11 September 2024
Nominations CLOSE: 4 December 2024, 11.59pm (AWST)

The 2025 WA Women’s Hall of Fame Inductees will be announced: March 2025

Step 1: Before starting your nomination, please read the [Terms & Conditions] and review the [Tool Kit].

Step 2: Download the appropriate form: either the [Nominations Form] or the [Roll of Honour Form].

Step 3: Complete the form digitally on your laptop or tablet. This will allow you to make changes and save your work as needed before the submission deadline. Note: Handwritten nominations will not be accepted.

Step 4: Fill out this short [online form] with your personal information and upload your completed Nomination or Roll of Honour Form along with any supporting documents.
